Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for an individual to manage a caseload of remortgage files through to completion, for a fast-paced legal and professional services firm in Leeds.

Main responsibilities and duties include:

• Liaising with client, borrower and broker where necessary
• Handling a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced office environment
• Delegating tasks to your Remortgage Assistant, aiding with personal development
• Carrying out identification checks, title investigation and any searches required
• Providing assistance on transactional matters
• Setting suitable dates for completion and ensuring process completion

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum 12 months experience as a residential property remortgage/property caseworker, or in a similar role with a high volume caseload
• Be experienced in undertaking their own administration and handling telephone calls, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Show dedication in providing quick and efficient work, in relation to a high-volume caseload
• Present proven IT skills, particularly in a case management system
