Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a positive and enthusiastic recruiter to join an exciting Executive search company as a Resourcer!
This person will be focused on senior staff sourcing and industry research, so the successful candidate will need experience (and enjoyment of) the recruitment sector!
Resourcer responsibilities:
- Conduct research into specific industries that Client Managers are recruiting for at that time – find out who has made a good name for themselves in the industry.
- Approach potential candidates that you have discovered in your research, using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Shortlist potential candidates to the Client Manager, ensuring all candidates are willing to be approached for further conversation.
- Remaining professional and approachable at all time.
The ideal candidate:
- At least a year’s worth of experience working in recruitment
- ideally, an understanding or interest in the Energy sector
- Ability to work positively at all times, remaining professional.
- Excellent communication is essential to be successful in this role.
