Job Title: Sales Director

Salary: £50,000 to £80,000

Location: West Midlands

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Sales Director / Head of Sales for a fantastic retail business who have stores Nationwide. The company requires someone who is confident and able to build relationships and has also had experience within a similar role. This role would be a crucial role within the business so someone who is dedicated focused and able to work well under pressure is ideal.

This role comes with many benefits and would be ideal for someone from a strong Sales Director / Head of Sales background !!

Candidate Responsibilities:

• To monitor all store performance nationwide.
• To prepare and implement new procedures and strategies to improve productivity, performance, and sales within the stores.
• Be a positive and encouraging influence on staff within stores to ensure job satisfaction and improve staff performance.
• Nationwide travel to various stores to assess the business and make relevant changes where and when necessary.
• Nationwide recruiting, motivating and training of sales staff to ensure all targets are hit.
• Working closely with the Managing Director to help with the day to day running of the business and stores.

The candidates requirements:

• Previous Experience in the sales Industry would be necessary.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills as liaising with customers would be a key part of the role.
• Previous experience in Sales as a Sales Director or Head of Sales would be necessary.
• A confident and driven individual who has experience overseeing multiple stores.
