Candidate Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all customer service and relationship building is delivered to the highest-level making customers comfortable to purchase company products.
- Updating customers on all orders and sorting any queries related to the orders.
- Solving enquiries, making sure all are dealt with correctly and all requests are made efficiently.
- Outbound calls and building new relationships.
- Providing an informative and warm experience to the customers.
- Being a welcoming face for people to approach when browsing.
- Attend shows and events to learn about new opportunities and ideas.
The candidate requirements:
- Previous Experience in the sales Industry would be ideal.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills as liaising with customers would be a key part of the role.
- Any previous experience in Sales and/or Account Management would be necessary.
- A happy, confident, and friendly individual.
