Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Sales Representative for a fantastic manufacturing business in Walsall. The company requires someone who can adapt easily to there ever-evolving workplace. This role would be a crucial role within the business so someone who is dedicated, focused and able to work well under pressure is ideal.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all customer service and relationship building is delivered to the highest-level making customers comfortable to continue ordering from the business.
- Updating customers on all orders and sorting any queries related to the orders.
- Inputting data onto the companies CRM and making sure all information inputted is accurate.
- Checking all CAD drawings to ensure all are correct and in line with the orders placed.
- Solving and sorting through enquiries, making sure all are dealt with correctly and all requests are made efficiently.
- Cold calling and building new relationships with potential businesses.
- Liaising with overseas factories to get prices for the products.
- Managing all customer accounts.
- Data Entry.
The candidates requirements:
- Previous Experience in the Manufacturing Industry would be ideal.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills as liaising with clients and customers would be a key part of the role.
- Any previous experience in Sales and/or Account Management would be necessary.
