Marketing Manager
Salary range: £35,000 – £45,000
Location: Remote (with termly visits to the Birmingham office)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Salesforce Pardot Expert/Marketing Manager for an exciting educational platform with an international reach. Their educational courses mostly cater to school children but are now expanding to focus on adults.
The duties of this role are:
- Contribute to the company’s marketing strategy across markets
- Develop, implement and report on multi-channel (digital-first but with traditional elements where appropriate) campaigns that generate demo bookings
- Improve customer retention
- General line management of junior staff
- Events/email marketing/SEO & web development/social media/paid advertising (print and digital)/press, PR and lobbying/collateral creation/content generation/partner and influencer marketing
- Develop the team’s use of Salesforce and Pardot to create trackable, automated and engaging campaigns that generate and nurture leads
Essential skills required:
- Vast experience and familiarity with Pardot
- All round experience with a digital-first approach that understands how to weave in traditional tactics appropriately to achieve outstanding results
- Experience in managing email marketing campaigns, from setting up, segmenting data, creating content and analysing results.
- Working on organic and paid social media (creating ads and briefing the design team), creating copy and managing budgets.
- Able to create brand stories using multi-media content for a range of channels – case studies, blogs, thought leadership, press and PR through written, video, audio and visual tools.
- Stakeholder management experience
- Able to build positive relationships
- An interest in the education or tech sphere
- Experience in PPC
