Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 (OTE – £35,000+)

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team! We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in starting a career in Recruitment or an individual who already has experience.

Your journey with us will start on the candidate side – Writing adverts, CV sourcing, phone screening, interviewing suitable candidates and keeping an accurate record of information.

There is the opportunity for the role to then develop onto the client side, working on a wide range of different job roles ensuring that the needs of both the candidates and clients are met.

This role will give you exposure into a professional market with a variety of different sectors and job roles!

We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about recruitment and willing to learn. You will be joining a small, supportive and hard working team based in Birmingham City Centre.
