Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is an well established, leading wealth management company based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. In order to help their business continue to develop they are recruiting for a Training and Competence Supervisor to ensure the firm is meeting its objectives and maintaining its best in class performance.
The Training and Competence Supervisor Role:
- Oversee the investment advice given to clients
- Set and monitor KPIs for the investment team
- Supervising the team and ensuring learning points and training are implemented to improve output
- Provide feedback and presentations on performance and targets
The Ideal Training and Competence Supervisor will have:
- A wealth of knowledge of the investment/ wealth management industry
- Outstanding leadership and training skills
- Drive and passion to pursue relevant new training courses
- Experience with setting and meeting team targets, performance reviews and similar aspects of training
