Job Title: Wills and Probate Fee Earner

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000

Location: Ashby De La Zouch

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to present a fantastic new role for a Wills and Probate / Private Client Fee Earner. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to join a thriving Law Firm.

Candidates Criteria and Requirements:

• Handling of your own Wills and Probate caseload.
• Knowledge of the probate process would be necessary.
• Business development – building relationships and attracting new clientele.
• 2 years previous experience in a similar role (Solicitor or CILEX fellow).
• The ability to meet deadlines and have flexibility to help and support the team and the Department Head.
• Attention to detail is key as ensuring all documents and procedures are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
