My Job at BCR

I have joined BCR as a Recruitment Partner and as it is my first role in recruitment I am quickly looking to build my experience to be able to resource excellent candidates that will help my colleagues fill our clients’ roles.

What am I passionate about

Achieving my targets through hard work and dedication, always having that enthusiasm to learn from people around me, and to build strong relationships with candidates so we can both progress in our careers.

Why do I love what I do as a career

I love the fast – paced environment, and being able to speak to people from across a wide variety of sectors, learning more about their careers and trying to find the perfect fit for them.

I love

Trying out new Restaurants, Aston Villa, playing padel, golf (when I play well)  a mixed grill and of course a beer garden in the sun.

I don’t love

Slow drivers in the morning, hot drinks, fantasy premier league and golf…(I rarely play well)
